Is there any case law that supports an in trust claim?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Brisco v. Brisco, 2002 BCSC 293 (CanLII):

It is clear that the decision in Hunt v. Severs, supra, is based on the conclusion that the future care award made to the plaintiff in that case was, in fact, an “in trust” claim, attributable solely to services provided by the defendant husband to the plaintiff wife.
