In the case of Berg v. University of British Columbia, 1993 CanLII 89 (SCC), [1993] 2 S.C.R. 353 [18 C.H.R.R. D/310], a judicial review application, Lamer J. noted at 369 [D/319, para. 23] that “the superior expertise of [a] human rights tribunal does relate to fact finding and adjudication in a human rights context, but does not extend to general questions of law”.
