The court finds a number of time entries reflect block billing on which the court frowns. In these entries, counsel has assigned one-time charges to multiple discrete tasks. See Heritage Pac. App. 4th 972, 1010 (2013) ("Trial courts retain discretion to penalize block billing when the practice prevents them from discerning which tasks are compensable and which are not.").
