How have the courts dealt with a motion to set aside an order terminating respondent's parole?

On May 21, 2014, the People filed a motion to set aside the order terminating respondent's parole. The moving papers asserted that the trial court "did not have jurisdiction to make any findings or orders terminating [respondent's] parole status."
