Does the evidence of the wife raise a reasonable doubt with respect to the symptoms described by the two police officers?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from R. v. McKenzie, 2005 CanLII 31584 (ON SC):

The learned trial judge did not consider in any way whether the evidence of the wife raised a reasonable doubt with respect to the symptoms described by the two police officers. Their evidence was not entitled to any greater weight than hers simply because of their experience as police officers; see Graat v. HMQ; (1982) 1982 CanLII 33 (SCC), 2 C.C.C.(3d) 365 (S.C.C.).
