23. I find that Giannaris v. Toronto (City), supra, is indistinguishable in principle and fits perfectly within a broader review of the authorities. The claim at bar is for declaratory relief which this court has no jurisdiction to grant. Alternatively, the plaintiff’s claim could be viewed as a request for an accounting, over which this court has no jurisdiction. Either way the result is the same.
