What procedural errors may constitute for a reversal of a judgment against G&S?

Counsel on behalf of G&S acknowledged that these so-called procedural errors individually may not form the basis for reversal of the trial judgment, however, cumulatively they indicate a failure on the part of the trial judge to assist the party G&S as a self-represented defendant in accordance with the decision of Griffin v. O’Brien, [2006] O.J. No. 88 (Court of Appeal).
