56. It is also an accepted principle of review that deference should be granted to the Hearing Officer with respect to findings of credibility. Lloyd v. London Police Service (1999), O.P.R 1345 (OCCPS) at 1351. As the standard of review is animated by deference stating that findings of credibility attract deference is another way of stating that such findings are reviewed from the reasonableness standard.
