2. The parties agree that the two-year statute of limitations set forth in Code of Civil Procedure section 339, subdivision 1, governing actions based on oral contract, applies to the two remaining causes of action. The trial court concurred, citing Edwards v. Fresno Community Hosp. (1974) 38 Cal.App.3d 702, 705-706.
