"The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution[162 Cal.App.3d 35] provides simply that '... no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.' Article I, section 1, of the California Constitution contains substantially identical language." (People v. Chavez, supra, 27 Cal.App.3d at p. 885, 104 Cal.Rptr. 247.)
