2. The information did not allege the gang-benefit enhancement with regard to the gang-related street terrorism charge. This may be because section 654 forbids double punishment on the substantive crime ( 186.22, subd. (a)) and the enhancement (id., subd. (b)) in any event. (People v. Louie (2012) 203 Cal.App.4th 388, 391-392, 400-402.)
