Another jurisdictional exception exists if the order dismissing the matter incorporates the settlement terms, whereby a violation of those terms would amount to a violation of the court's order and endow that court with "ancillary jurisdiction" to "vindicate its authority." Kokkonen, 511 U.S. at 379-80; see O'Connor v. Colvin, 70 F.3d 530, 532 (9th Cir. 1995).
