10. The court in People v. Jeha (2010) 187 Cal.App.4th 1063, held that "defendants who have been convicted of crimes have greatly attenuated privacy rights" and statutes requiring an adult to register as a sex offender do not violate the offender's right to substantive due process because registration is reasonably related to a proper legislative goal.
