6. We note that because this case involved a vehicle search where no evidence of an emergency existed, there were no exigent circumstances justifying the search, as the magistrate suggested. Troyer (2011) 51 Cal.4th 599, 604-606 [police may enter a home without a warrant if they have an objectively reasonable basis to believe an occupant is seriously injured or imminently threated with injury].)
