4. Although the notice of appeal was filed prematurely (i.e., before judgment was entered), we exercise our discretion to "treat the notice as filed immediately after the rendition of judgment." (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.308(c); see People v. Dawkins (2014) 230 Cal.App.4th 991, 994, fn. 1.)
