14 A medical product manufacturer fulfills its duty to warn of risks by providing adequate information to the physician. (Carmichael v. Reitz, supra, 17 Cal.App.3d at p. 989, 95 Cal.Rptr. 381.) As will be seen, there are no facts establishing adequacy of the information provided.
