Does a father have a valid argument to challenge a dispositional order requiring him to complete a domestic violence program and participate in individual counseling?

California, United States of America

The following excerpt is from L. A. Cnty. Dep't of Children & Family Servs. v. Paul D. (In re E.D.), B284657 (Cal. App. 2018):

7. Since father does not offer any specific legal argument challenging those components of the court's dispositional order that did not relate to drug-testing (i.e., completion of a domestic violence program and a parenting program and participation in individual counseling), his generalized argument regarding those other components is waived. (See Benach v. County of Los Angeles (2007) 149 Cal.App.4th 836, 852.)
