Unlike CALJIC No. 3.01, and contrary to the holding in People v. Beeman, supra, 35 Cal.3d at page 560, 199 Cal.Rptr. 60, 674 P.2d 1318, this instruction does not expressly require that the defendant have both knowledge and specific intent.
