What is the test for an indefinite period of spousal support under s. 15.2(4) of the Divorce Act?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Labbe v. Labbe, 2009 BCSC 835 (CanLII):

Having regard to all of the factors in s. 15.2(4) of the Divorce Act, I am satisfied that the defendant is entitled to spousal support for an indefinite period. In my opinion, she has established entitlement on the grounds of both compensation and need, as those grounds are defined in Bracklow v. Bracklow 1999 CanLII 715 (SCC), [1999] 1 S.C.R. 420.
