Starting in September 2016, when both children are at university, a different regime and set of circumstances will ensue. Though both children will be over the age of majority, they will, by virtue of their attendance at university, both still be children of the marriage within the meaning of the Divorce Act; Beninger v. Beninger, 2010 BCSC 1509 at paras. 9-15.
