What are the limits of a spousal support review order?

Saskatchewan, Canada

The following excerpt is from Selinger v Selinger, 2014 SKQB 160 (CanLII):

In Leskun v. Leskun 2006 SCC 25, [2006] 1 S.C.R. 920 the court held that the issues to be determined on review should be “tightly delimited” to ensure that review applications are not construed as open invitations to relitigate all aspects of a spousal support claim. If a review order defines the review as related to a specific issue (such as quantum), then the other issues (such as entitlement) need not be reviewed.
