The following excerpt is from Firstar Investment & Financial Co. Ltd. v. Xu, 2017 BCSC 271 (CanLII):

In Liu v. Wang, 2009 BCSC 1792, the creditor sought to set aside the conveyance of a judgment debtor’s interest in the matrimonial home to his wife. The transfer was in accordance with a divorce order that stated the transfer to be in full satisfaction of all property claims. At the time of the conveyance, the wife had specific knowledge that the husband was being pursued by creditors.
