However, in making a decision to allow costs greater than that provided for in Rule 15-1, the court should order a lump sum with reference to the amounts set out in the Rule rather than order an assessment of costs based on the tariff: Peacock at para. 19, citing Majewska v. Partyka, 2010 BCCA 236.
