The assessment of damages for past loss of earning capacity is a matter of judgment not calculation. Ultimately, the damages for past loss of income earning capacity must be assessed based on what is fair and reasonable in all of the circumstances: Parypa v. Wickware, 1999 BCCA 88 at para. 70.
