The applicant’s claim in the case at hand relates to costs of the entire action. That is inappropriate in view of Rule 24 (10) and Islam v. Rahman, supra. In assessing the applicant’s costs I will be considering only the steps related to trial, which shall include as well preparation of the initial pleadings and initial attendances with the applicant in order to do that.
