What is the starting point for cocaine trafficking?

Alberta, Canada

The following excerpt is from R v Do, 2011 ABQB 749 (CanLII):

Another Court of Appeal decision R v. Lau similarly confirmed the three year starting point for cocaine trafficking found in Maskill, again with respect to a useful youthful offender who was only 19 years of age at the time of the offence. Lau at paragraph 27 stated that commercial cases that attract a three year starting point typically involve a few grams of cocaine with 2 ounces (about 57 grams) at the high end of the scale.
