The plaintiff also relies heavily upon a recent decision of Madam Justice Brown of our court in Bodnar v. The Cash Store Inc. This was also a criminal interest case. There a class proceeding was acknowledged to be the practical and efficient means for resolution of the claims of the members. The plaintiff suggests that to proceed in any manner other than a class proceeding would create greater difficulties than those likely to be experienced through a class proceeding action.
