Particulars of a pleading may be ordered pursuant to Rule 19(16). In Kimpton v. Canada (Attorney General), (2002), 97 B.C.L.R. (3d) 119, 2002 BCSC 67, Macaulay J. confirmed, at ¶18, that particulars in a class action should only be ordered on traditional grounds.
