Once the court determines that that there has been a change in circumstances the court is entitled to re-assess the needs of the child as a result of change in circumstances and embark on a fresh inquiry as to the appropriate amount of child support. See Willick v. Willick 1994 CanLII 28 (SCC), [1994] 3 S.C.R. 670 paras. 26, 100, 102 and 109.
