In arriving at my conclusions, I also consider s. 9 of the Child Support Guidelines and the principles set out in Contino v. Leonelli-Contino, 2005 SCC 63. I find that a straight set-off is fair and reasonable in determining child support for the benefit of the children who are in the shared custody of the parties.
