Notable to their review within the statutory scheme, is that the payment of such benefit is at no additional cost to the father nor is there any election by the parent to pay a lesser amount into the plan. In following Huey v. Huey supra, they confirmed its disposition that such benefit is payable to the child independent of any order for child support. The payment, the court said, is subsidized by all contributors to the plan and is payable within the scheme of the Act.
