Where a litigant who is expecting a child moves on an interim basis and the birth of the child is imminent, then a court on the basis of practical considerations can allow such a move subject to a further review at a later date. (Suckert v. Suckert, (2013) ONSC 7806 at paragraphs 12 and 13).
