What is the test for summary judgment on a motion for extended society care where access to the mother is denied?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from The Children’s Aid Society v. S.P. and K.L., 2019 ONSC 5624 (CanLII):

Fully appreciating the importance of a cautious approach on this motion for summary judgment, I am satisfied that, if the issue of the mother’s access were to go to trial, the mother has little chance of success to secure an order for extended society care that includes access to the mother (Children’s Aid Society of Toronto v. C.J.W., 2017 ONCJ 212, at para. 66, citations omitted).
