Can a plaintiff challenge the impugned conveyance under the Fraudulent Conveyance Act?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Young v. Young, 1999 CanLII 5096 (BC SC):

It is open to the plaintiff in this case to challenge the impugned conveyance under the Fraudulent Conveyance Act. As Spencer J. held in Chan v. Chan, unreported, 2 March 1993, Vancouver C910142 (B.C.S.C.), a spouse with a potential claim under the Family Relations Act falls within the description in s.1 of the Fraudulent Conveyance Act as being an "other" with a just and lawful remedy.
