Saskatchewan Government Insurance (2016), Zarzeczny J. agreed with my office’s conclusion that the information in question in my office’s Review Report 229-2015 qualified as commercial information. In my office’s Review Report 229-2015, my office had defined commercial information the same as it is defined above.
