For the reasons stated above, it cannot be said that the trial court acted arbitrarily, capricious, or beyond the bounds of reason in denying defendant's motion to withdraw her plea of no contest. (People v. Fairbank, supra, 16 Cal.4th at p. 1254;People v. Welch, supra, 5 Cal.4th at p. 234.)
