Can a jury overturn a finding that a summary of the facts was not factually accurate?

MultiRegion, United States of America

The following excerpt is from Morse v. Fusto, 804 F.3d 538 (2nd Cir. 2015):

To the extent that the defendants insist that the summaries were factually accurate, Appellants' Br. 42, they ask us to disregard the jury's findings to the contrary. In light of the existence of a firm factual foundation for the jury's finding on this score, this is something we plainly cannot do. See Tennant v. Peoria & Pekin Union Railway, 321 U.S. 29, 35, 64 S.Ct. 409, 88 L.Ed. 520 (1944) (Courts are not free to reweigh the evidence and set aside the jury verdict merely because the jury could have drawn different inferences or conclusions or because judges feel that other results are more reasonable.).
