[47 Cal.App.3d 612] 22] However, no mention was made of the prior conviction by the trial judge when judgment was pronounced or in the judgment of conviction which was entered in the minutes. Inclusion of the prior conviction in the abstract of judgment was, therefore, beyond the court's jurisdiction. (People v. Hartsell (1973) 34 Cal.App.3d 8, 109 Cal.Rptr. 627.)
