3. The trial court appears to have been referring to People v. Cruz (1988) 44 Cal.3d 1247 (Cruz), which held that a defendant may waive the right to withdraw his guilty plea if the trial court disapproves the plea agreement for violation of a stated condition if the defendant was "fully advised" of his right to withdraw a guilty plea if the court later disapproves the disposition specified in the plea.
