6. Since defendant's conviction for false imprisonment is stricken, the court operations and court facilities assessment associated with that conviction are not authorized. "'[A]n unauthorized sentence may be corrected at any time even if there was no objection in the trial court. [Citations.] Such an unauthorized sentence may be corrected even when raised for the first time on appeal.'" (People v. Hamed (2013) 221 Cal.App.4th 928, 941.)
