Defendant contends that his second degree murder convictions must be reversed because the evidence was insufficient to prove implied malice. He is incorrect. Of course, in considering this contention, we view the evidence in the light most favorable to the judgment, and presume in support every fact that can reasonably be inferred from that evidence.
