What are the damages for malicious prosecution, theft and misappropriation of property?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Chatha v Uppal, 2018 BCSC 6 (CanLII):

As to damages, I was referred to Campbell v. Lauwers, 2013 ONSC 2306, which involved a successful claim for malicious prosecution, theft, and misappropriation of property. The facts were similar in some respects: false allegations made by the defendant as against the plaintiff resulted in his being arrested for criminal assault and uttering death threats to her. The plaintiff was held in jail and then denied continued access to his condominium.
