Blackwell v. Blackwell, [1929] A.C. 318 (H.L.), is a case in which a codicil sought to make a gift to be held in trust by trustees. The intended trustees knew and accepted the object and outline of the trust before the codicil was executed. The court gave effect to the codicil.
