Does BCSPCA plead all of the statements set out in Schedules A, B, B and D to its statement of claim?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from British Columbia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals v. Stone, 2009 BCSC 725 (CanLII):

I agree. BCSPCA has chosen to plead all of the statements contained within the articles set out in Schedules A, B, and D to the statement of claim. No specific statements are identified. In my view, the defendants cannot be left guessing which defamatory statements within those articles BCSPCA says carry the alleged defamatory imputations. Further, because BCSPCA did not specify which statements it is suing upon, it is open to the trier of fact to determine that any of the statements in the articles support the sting of the defamation chosen by BCSPCA: Miller v. Canadian Broadcasting Corp. et al, 2003 BCSC 258.
