Last Tuesday, the applicants brought an urgent motion in their yet-to-be-issued application seeking an interim stay of the enforcement of the Trespass Notice pending the determination of the constitutional questions they intended to raise in this proceeding. I granted an interim stay on terms and directed that a hearing of the application be held this past Friday: Batty v. Toronto (City), [2011] O.J. No. 6250, 2011 ONSC 6785.
