What is the test for determining whether a spouse is intentionally under employed?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Walls v. Walls, 2014 BCSC 586 (CanLII):

The respondent argues the test is whether the claimant is capable of earning more income not whether the claimant is intentionally under employed: Barker v. Barker, 2005 BCCA 177 at para. 19. But Barker is a case concerned with child support and not spousal support.
