Is there any weaknesses in the evidence relied upon by the requesting state?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from United States of America v. Go, 2008 CanLII 38267 (ON SC):

Respecting such weaknesses as there may be regarding particular aspects of the evidence relied upon by the requesting state, I am mindful of the observation of La Forest J., speaking for the majority in Argentina v. Mellino, 33 C.C.C. (3d) 334, (S.C.C.), at p. 351, where he held that “[i]t would cripple the operation of our extradition arrangements if extradition judges were to arrogate the power to consider defences that should properly be raised at trial.”
