Are there any claims of error based upon failure to disclose material information?

California, United States of America

The following excerpt is from People v. Manson, 132 Cal.Rptr. 265, 61 Cal.App.3d 102 (Cal. App. 1976):

We conclude that claims of error based upon failure to disclose material information are not supported by the record. We are of the further opinion that even if a specific act hereinabove discussed is considered as error it is harmless beyond a reasonable doubt within the meaning of People v. Ruthford, supra, 14 Cal.3d at pp. 406, 409, 121 Cal.Rptr. 261, 534 P.2d 1341.
