"New York", United States of America

The following excerpt is from Valforte's Estate, In re, 17 Misc.2d 516, 190 N.Y.S.2d 475 (N.Y. Surr. Ct. 1959):

On the facts presented the court finds that the parents of the decedent are the only persons entitled to share in the proceeds, and that they have established their dependency under N.J.S. 2A:31-4, N.J.S.A., as such statute has been interpreted by the courts in New Jersey (Carianni v. Schwenker, 38 N.J.Super. 350, 118 A.2d 847).
