Generally, an administrative tribunal is not entitled to nor obliged to pay costs: Lang v. British Columbia (Superintendent of Motor Vehicles, 2005 BCCA 244, at paras. 46-47. This case is not exceptional. Accordingly, there will be no costs to either party. “Verhoeven J.”
